After replacing my “dog-munched” hearing aid in Christchurch, Carolyn Till tuned the new aid to provide me with the best quality and volume of hearing I have ever experienced since wearing in-canal aids for the past 10 years.
After returning to my home in Queensland, Australia, I lost the same hearing aid and had it replaced by the local Aus audiologist but the quality and volume of hearing were deficient, so much so that I was facing the sack from my employer if my hearing wasn’t improved to normal standard within 1 week.
Just one urgent email request for help from Carolyn Till NZ and she immediately sent an attachment on her return email that contained the same electronic copy hearing aid tuning file that she had used on my aids so successfully in Christchurch.
I quickly requested the Aus audiologist to apply her program file to my new hearing aid and it worked……………..Eureka!
I recommend that everyone with any form of hearing problems should go and have a chat with Carolyn till and be amazed…………I did……... and I was!!!

My name is Gayle Crocker and I have Tinnitus which has been driving me mad for the last six months. I have been through the hospital system, had steroid injections, hearing tests and scans to hopefully find a cause but the end result was being told "There's nothing we can do and you'll just have to learn to live with it as many people do."
At that point I felt extremely frustrated and a little despairing as I didn't think I would be able to cope - I truly felt that I was being driven insane by the incessant humming, deafness, pressure and light-headedness. And then a friend told me about Gordon & Till Audiology who were specialists in Tinnitus. I was worried about the cost but I decided that the chance of getting some help was priceless so I went for it and have never looked back.
I am a new person. I now have my life back and I am not controlled by Tinnitus. I had some loss of hearing with the condition but I can now hear again. People should be made aware that there is help out there for people like me and that a diagnosis of Tinnitus is not a hopeless one, we don't have to suffer and learn to live with it. I have found the whole experience with Gordon & Till Audiology wonderful - I felt understood, supported and ultimately I now feel normal!
